The Cennox brand is launched in 2012

Formed in 2006, Cennox was once a collective of companies. In 2012, these companies were grouped together and rebranded under the one Cennox name.

The four petals in our logo each represented one area of our business and the businesses that formed the group. Blue: our technology services, yellow: our security division, red: our field services division, and grey: our signage and branding division.

Cennox expand into the United States of America

In 2013, Cennox acquired our first US business, Sterling Bank Services. This strategic move was to prove pivotal in spearheading our operations into the region and allowed us to set up a physical footprint in the US.

Today, Cennox has five offices in the US and a field force servicing customers in every continental US State, including Alaska. Our Group Headquarters is now based in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Georgia.

Cennox growth strategy gathers pace

The Cennox Group accelerated our growth strategy, with two significant acquisitions within 12 months. Diebold’s UK business and 3SI’s European security business.  These both added a physical presence in mainland Europe as well as new facilities, teams and a wider skills set.

Cennox becomes a leading provider of intelligent solutions

With growth across the UK, Europe and USA accelerating, and customers in the retail, hospitality and financial space providing new sales opportunities, Cennox grew our portfolio once more with several smart safe companies acquired in the US and Europe.

Now able to connect our customers with tailormade safe and kiosk solutions for their businesses, together with our wraparound service model, Cennox becomes a leading managed services business for many of the world’s largest brands.
