Transforming passenger flow through smart retail design
With more than 36 million passengers travelling through Dublin Airport in 2025, and passenger numbers continuing to grow, creating a seamless journey through the airport remains a key priority.
As part of its Fast Track programme, Dublin Airport identified an opportunity to improve passenger flow through one of its busiest areas. To achieve this, the footprint of the International Currency Exchange (ICE) foreign exchange kiosk needed to be reduced, creating more space and reducing congestion while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

- Reduce its footprint within a busy airport environment
- Improve passenger movement and reduce congestion
- Maintain efficient customer service capabilities
- Refresh the kiosk’s visual presence and brand identity
