Harish Nataraj
Chief Executive Officer

Harish Nataraj joined the Cennox Group as Chief Executive Officer in March 2025. Harish has been on the Board of Cennox since 2021, supporting the leadership team in building the industry leading services and product portfolios relied on by our customers worldwide and across sectors. Prior to joining Cennox as CEO, Harish spent over two decades in investment banking and private equity at firms such as Bear Stearns, Kohlberg, Angelo Gordon and York Capital. Harish remains a Senior Advisor to York Capital and also sits on the board of Girl Rising, a non-profit focused on women’s education and community-based programs. Harish lives in New York with his wife and two kids.

Chase Andrews
Chief Service Officer

Chase Andrews joined Cennox as Chief Service Officer in 2025, where he leads the company’s global service organization and is responsible for advancing its end-to-end service strategy across retail and financial services markets. Chase is focused on strengthening an end-to-end service approach that helps customers improve performance, support multi-vendors estates, simplify operations, and scale with confidence.

Chase brings over two decades of experience leading large-scale service operations across complex, multi‑OEM environments. His background includes field service delivery, lifecycle management, logistics, manufacturing, sales operations, and customer support across technologies such as ATMs, kiosks, safes, cash handling systems, and other critical infrastructure supporting banking, retail, and gaming environments. Prior to joining Cennox, Chase held senior leadership roles overseeing global service, sales, and manufacturing operations, where he was responsible for improving uptime, enhancing customer experience, and building scalable delivery models across multi-region environments.

Chase currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and 3 children.

Nick Armstrong
Chief Projects Officer

Nick Armstrong joined Cennox in 2014 following the acquisition of Projects & Security Solutions Inc., a project management, general contractor, electronic security, and installation services company, and currently serves as our Chief Projects Officer. Over the last decade, Nick has been instrumental in delivering large-scale construction, installation, security programs and projects for our customers, expanding geographically and growing the projects line of business to one of the largest within Cennox, supported by a growing and dedicated team of outstanding staff. Nick’s experience across the business enables him to lead the Projects Division to further expand our turn-key solutions and project management capabilities to our blue-chip customers across the United States.  Nick resides in Southern California.

Chetan Patil
Chief Procurement Officer

Chetan Patil is a seasoned global executive with more than 25 years of experience in payments, managed services, and cash automation for the financial services and retail industries. Since joining the Cennox Group in 2014, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expansion across Europe, the UK, and the US. During his tenure, Chetan has held several senior leadership positions, including Managing Director Europe, and President US. Prior to joining Cennox, he held leadership roles with industry leaders like Tata Group and Euronet Worldwide, where he developed extensive expertise in transaction processing, independent ATM deployment and outsourcing services, managed services, and shared services. His global industry perspective and business experience continue to provide strategic value across Cennox’s operations, customer engagements, and growth initiatives, in addition to strategic procurement. Beyond his corporate leadership, Chetan is passionate about advancing access to innovative mental health solutions. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he lives with his wife and son

Ron van Veenendaal
Chief Technology Officer & Founder of Lincsafe

Ron joined Cennox as Chief Technology Officer in May 2022, following the acquisition of Lincsafe by Cennox.  In addition to overseeing our EMEA activities, Ron is responsible for technology innovation across our portfolio of Cash Automation and Cash Security (ink protection for ATM/retail and CIT safety solutions) solutions. The Cennox portfolio distinguishes itself in the industry by the high level of flexibility, seamless integration, bespoke options and our co-creation approach. 

Ron founded Lincsafe in 2013 to address the need for innovation around cash automation solutions.  Prior to starting Lincsafe, Ron was active in various IT and leadership roles in ABNAMRO bank for almost 20 years and he lives in the Netherlands.

Chris Groenwald
Chief Financial Officer

Christopher Groenewald joined Cennox as Chief Financial Officer in 2025. With over 15 years of leadership in corporate finance and accounting, Christopher brings deep expertise across financial reporting, strategic planning, and M&A, having operated across diverse industries including retail, real estate, and home improvement. Prior to joining Cennox, Christopher served in a senior finance leadership role at Renuity, a private-equity owned buy-and-build strategy in the home improvement space, where he built out the accounting function from the ground up, led the financial integration of multiple acquisitions and helped position the business for a successful exit.  Christopher holds the CA (SA) and CPA designations and has a strong track record of enhancing financial systems, embedding analytics and process improvements, and driving greater visibility into business performance and efficiency. Christopher lives in Miami with his four kids.

Graham Webster
Chief Information Officer

Graham Webster has been with Cennox since 2017, leading the Professional Services group in UK&I and moving to the role of company wide CIO in March 2026.  Graham was instrumental in the deployment of key managed services customer ATM estates, utilising a wealth of operational experience and deep knowledge of application software and production environment support and processes, Fraud, IT Infrastructure and Compliance.  Prior to joining Cennox, Graham has worked in the Banking/Payments industry for 25+ years at firms such as Diebold, Wincor Nixdorf, Barclays Bank, Visa Europe and IBM.  Graham lives in the South Coast of England, UK

Michael Goggans
Chief Legal Officer

Michael Goggans joined Cennox in 2022 and serves as our General Counsel. In that role, he overseas legal, human resources, compliance, ESG, health and safety, and corporate governance across the company’s operations globally. With nearly three decades of legal experience, Michael previously served as General Counsel at Peavey Electronics and as a partner in a litigation and corporate practice. Michael holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire (Franklin Pierce), and is completing an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law at the London School of Economics. He is admitted to the bar in Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana, holds the CIPP/US certification, and taught intellectual property, corporate, data privacy, and cybersecurity law as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law.

Stuart Dowling
Chief Marketing Officer

Stuart Dowling is Chief Marketing Officer at Cennox, where he has helped shape and strengthen the company’s global brand since joining in 2012. Over more than a decade, he has helped establish Cennox as a trusted international partner, driving brand growth across diverse markets and territories worldwide. With extensive experience spanning marketing and brand development, Stuart has held a number of senior roles throughout his career, including running a London-based design and marketing agency for eight years. His background and education in Visual Communication continues to inform his strategic and creative approach to brand development, customer engagement and market positioning.  Stuart lives in Cornwall in the UK with his wife and four children, where he enjoys coastal life, a creative community and family time.
