Our team of multi-skilled technicians are able to undertake a range of key services during our regularly scheduled maintenance site visits. We understand that to drive ATM transactions a 'cleaning' visit needs to be more than a hygienic wipe of the machine. The whole surrounding area, including light box, needs to be cleaned, checked and may need to be repaired. Our trained technicians carry stock items to enable them to fit or repair signage. This will include any ATM stickers which have been damaged or removed.
IMPROVING THE EXPERIENCE AT THE ATM
During each visit our technicians will carry out multi-point maintenance checks on the printer, key pad, card reader, and screen. A faded or misaligned screen may not show up on remote alert systems but will be identified during our visit.
We can test the efficiency of your security devices as an added option, in suspected fraud cases we can carry out an emergency visit across your entire estate to identify if any skimming devices have been fitted, or the ATM has been interfered with in any way.
ATM CLEANING VISITS RECORDED & SHARED WITH YOU
Our visits are logged online on our CRM system, an online visual record of your ATMs and any work we have been instructed to undertake. This provides you with a secure web access to the images taken at each scheduled site visit, enabling you to remotely site manage your estate.
