Across the United States, our dedicated colleagues strive to deliver the best in-class service for our customers. We achieve this through our shared passion for service delivery and project expedition, but not at the expense of the environments or communities we live and work in.

We are proud to share with you the steps and goals we are committed to achieve across these important areas of environmental stewardship.

  • Pollution Prevention
  • Resource & Conservation
  • Waste Minimalization / Reduction
  • Responsible Consumption

POLLUTION PREVENTION

Cennox is committed to reduce our carbon emission across the United States by 25% by 2026, using the base year of 2016 as our reference. We will achieve this in part to the onboarding of new technologies, better route planning across departments, sourcing new electric and hybrid vehicles and adopting the approach that “better is best”.

In addition, Cennox is committed to reduce the amount of environmental harmful shipping and packaging waste by sourcing new breakthrough innovations in this space which provide alternatives to those readily available.

By the end of 2021, Cennox will have sourced environmentally friendly replacements for all caustic and or environmentally harmful products currently in use today and replaced these across all divisions.

RESOURCE & CONSERVATION

Cennox has committed to reduce our consumption of water and electricity by 2% by the end of 2025.

Cennox is committed to moving our entire business across the United States to all LED energy light saving products by the end of 2021.

WASTE MINIMALIZATION / REDUCTION

It is also our goal to be completely paper free by the end of 2021, across the entire United States.

Cennox aims to achieve a year-on-year increase in the recycling, reusing or upcycling of the key products and materials which we use and process as a business.

From old ATMs and machines to office materials and packaging waste, our teams across the United States, are adopting new processes and departmental goals to managing these items responsibly.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

In addition to our company approach, we are also educating and encouraging our staff to adopt a cleaner attitude and approach to conservation in their daily roles, from carpooling, riding to work or simple adjustments to routing planning to save on unnecessary additional journey times.
