Our Approach to Store Remodelling
Our collaborative approach is targeted to ensure our clients can benefit from a one touch solution, allowing us to deal with everything from concept to completion. The project team will comprise of a Program Manager with additional supporting Project Managers, plus any other resources required to meet operational needs.
As some projects are more involved, we regularly provide consultancy advice to both architects and structural engineers which further supports our knowledge in this specialist industry. We undertake the careful forward planning on both the site and works required to ensure the right team is assigned to every project. This can range from fully qualified electricians, to teams with appropriate site passes and trade skills.
