The Cennox Response to COVID-19
With the global impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Cennox understands the health and safety of our customers and our colleagues is paramount. Here at Cennox, we are taking every precaution to reduce the spread of the virus while ensuring minimal disruption to our operational services as much as possible. In some areas, due to the need for us to adopt and follow the advice from Governments across Europe, this is challenging for both our staff and also as a business. We will of course keep in constant contact with our customers to keep you abreast of any change to service delivery.
As a global company, we are in daily contact with our senior executives and key stakeholders to discuss the latest news and determine how to adjust around the updates and mandated guidelines. We are also watching Government responses and taking any suggested safety measures into consideration to help further protect our customers and staff across the globe.
Our staff are an important part of our business, which is why we are striving to stay as supportive and engaged with everyone as much as possible. We have daily contact across all of our departments where we can evaluate staff and their well-being, as well as provide everyone with the latest communications and precautions. Their safety is of the upmost importance.
As the nature of our business is centred around the financial industry, it is encouraging to share that our business is reporting strong and regular communications with our customer base. We endeavour to keep a positive outlook during these turbulent times and will continue to protect and support our customers and staff.
Where possible, many of our staff have been able to adopt a remote working model, dialling in through our in-house IT and telephony systems, ensuring our services continue to operate as normal. In addition, line managers and internal support groups are engaging with staff to promote a healthy work life balance in these times of community isolation.
Cennox has built long and strong business relationships with many customers. In these challenging times and where traditional face to face meetings are temporarily on hold, we are looking to use creative ways for our sales and support teams to continue to communicate with customers and for our customers to continue to engage with us.
